Sweden's population is among the world's most lactose tolerant, yet we belong to those who consume most lactose-free dairy products. Today, there are around 180 lactose-free dairy products at the major retail chains - the market has completely exploded. Why? The food journalist Mats-Eric Nilsson seeks an answer to this question.
They let 12 people who believe they are lactose intolerant and who eat lactose-free diet to take our DNA-test to see if they are lactose intolerant or not. The answers are not what they think.
